We were in the process of selling our house and the Realtor wanted a foundation inspection and the inspector she sent said we needed $3550 in repairs and he actually did repairs too. We wanted to get our own inspector so we called REMOVED. After doing his measurements he said there was not any foundation issues!! Even though he also does repair work he assured us that he would never recommend repairs if they are not needed!! We would highly recommend!!KO

These guys are great! Right after I moved into my fairly new home, I noticed some issues that seemed to be foundation related. ***** came by and checked it out. He confirmed there was a pretty significant problem with my foundation and gave me an estimate. He took the time to explain a lot of foundation information I knew nothing about and helped me feel good about the fix and the warranty on the work they provided. The crew was efficient and friendly. Everything was professional and well done. I highly recommend this company!

We are flippers and have used *****'s services for several homes and always happy with the end result. Before meeting *****, we had to look for a different company with every house we get when repairs were needed. ***** is very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Though we did plenty of homes and understand the process, ***** still takes time to explain any issues and solutions that would give us the best outcome. Company provides great plumbing services as well. Highly recommend.

We had ***** come out for an inspection, and he was great. He was thorough, and explained everything he was doing along the way really well, so that we really understood some of what was going on when he was doing his inspection (and we really appreciated that). ***** was refreshingly honest, too, which we also really appreciate. We didn't need any work done this time, but we will absolutely call him when we do!

Highly recommend!! Piers and Pipes Foundation truly understands customer service and proves that with every job. Lance will go out of his way to ensure measurements are taken and quotes are written and provided asap. I have gotten quotes from multiple foundation groups throughout DFW and found Piers & Pipes to be the best price. They are very thorough, very personable, and reasonable.

Lance came out inspected under the home and gave us an estimate, we agreed to the estimate, then scheduled a date and time to level our home. The crew was on time and wasted no time getting to work, Lance came out to check on the progress and then helped in the process. The whole process was very professionally done, and the quality is noticeable. Great job all the way around.

Piers and Pipes came highly recommended by our structural engineer, along with a few other companies, and I’m so glad we chose them. After a brief phone call, Lance provided a very fair and straightforward quote. Once scheduled, we were pleasantly surprised to be bumped up an entire week earlier than our original date.

The crew showed up right at 8:00 a.m., worked nonstop until noon, took their break, and returned to finish the job, clean up, and disperse excess dirt by 4:00 p.m. The speed and efficiency were impressive, and the quality of their work was excellent.

We have black clay soil, which is extremely tough to dig, but these guys powered through it without hesitation. Not only did they complete the pier work beautifully, they left the area around our home looking great, which is something we truly appreciated.

They also went above and beyond by spreading leftover dirt near the house to help improve water flow away from the foundation and filling in low spots in the yard. That extra attention to detail really set them apart.

All in all, I’m extremely pleased with Piers and Pipes and so relieved to finally have our piers installed. Professional, efficient, hardworking, and respectful of our property. I would absolutely recommend them.

I just needed one pier. I talked to more than ten local subcontractors in an attempt to find someone willing to do this work - reinforced concrete or helical. Not only was Piers & Pipes able to do the work, they took the time to call the engineer and verify the specs for a helical that would meet the same standards as the reinforced concrete pier in the plans, did the job just two days after our initial conversation, all a fraction of the cost quoted by other subcontractors. Awesome customer service and a great value product!

We were in the process of selling our house and the inspector recommended a foundation inspection and the Buyers realtor sent an inspector (who also does foundation repairs) and he said we needed repairs ($3550.00)!! We called Lance Boyer and told him we wanted a second opinion. After measuring everything he found there was not any foundation issues! He is such an honest man and he was very professional!! We are so blessed that we chose him to do our second opinion ! Lance also does repairs but he explained that he would never recommend repairs that are not needed!!

We were in the last minutes of requesting a foundation Inspection on a home we are purchasing. It's Friday and Passover weekend. The report needs to finished by Monday 4- 21-25 @ 5pm. Lance received my request and went out on Saturday to do this Inspection. He was fast to text me what he needed and very polite in all his responses. I am very grateful for his service and his report, everything looks great! Thank you very much for giving me so much peace of mind. I will call him again if his service is needed and recommend him to others. He was very professional, and he did all this for free.

My son was having issues with his foundation on his house that was built in the 1940s. I called Lance at Piers and Pipes Foundation Repair and Lance came out on a rainy day, crawled right under there and came up with a plan to fix the problems. The estimate was reasonable and the crew that did the work was very efficient and did a great job. Lance was great to work with and I would highly recommend his company.

Couldn't have been better: Professional, courteous, and efficient.
Lance and his large crew came behind a contractor that made my kitchen floor worse than it was before. Piers and Pipes straightened the crooked piers that had been put in, replaced the shims that were out of code, took out a rotten joist that had not been replaced by the first man, and put in several new joist which cured the problem. They documented everything with pictures and  made sure that I new if the floor settled it would be under guaranteed.
I learned the hard, expensive way to be careful who you hire even with a reference.
